From Serralunga Langhe, a small vineyard at 750 metres above sea level, we bring you a rare 100% Timorasso wine. Aromas and flavours of almonds and citrus fruits with fresh acidity. The wine is produced using organic methods with fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and minimal SO2. A brilliant wine, think super-charged Muscadet sur lie.

This recently revived grape embodies the ageing potential of a Burgundian Chardonnay, the fresh acidity of a Loire Sauvignon and the subtle salt and umami from a Jura white. The vineyard is based on the southern fringe of the Barolo zone, and benefits from the biodiversity of the Alta Langhe wilderness that lies beyond the dense planting of Nebbiolo vineyards. This helps in maintaining balance in the vineyard. In 2003 they moved away from conventional production and since then they’ve been rewarded by the purity and drinkability of his wines.
