The name comes from a locality in the province of Lecce: also this wine was aged only in stainless steel, light ruby red, fruity nose and enjoyable attractive palate, juicy, balanced with soft tannins, balanced and elegant.  The perfect wine gift.

The Longos founded the estate in the early 1900’s, picking the land with the greatest potential for quality winemaking. They produce a small selection of reds and whites, all hand harvested and made with meticulous care.  Quality Italian whites have enjoyed a renaissance in recent years and at the forefront is Fiano. Relatively unknown 20 years ago, it is now recognised as a grape with great potential, capable of producing deliciously aromatic, rich and fresh whites.
