THE WINERY

Rapsani by Konstantinos Liapis possesses the vibrant intensity of Xinomavro alongside the refined elegance of Krassato and Stavroto, making it a formidable challenger to Goumenissa. Embracing the essence of its terroir and grape varieties, this wine is crafted with indigenous yeasts and minimal interventions.

Konstantinos Liapis, a highly seasoned viticulturist with profound knowledge of the region and its grape varieties, has played a significant role in producing some of the finest wines we have ever had the pleasure of tasting, alongside his close partner Apostolos Thymiopoulos. Guided by his vineyard expertise and philosophy, Liapis has created an impressive red wine that is bold, expressive, and impeccably balanced. The blend of Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matures for 12 months in seasoned oak barrels. It is then bottled without filtration or the addition of extra sulfites, ensuring a truly remarkable experience. Furthermore, the wine offers exceptional value for its quality.
