Easy drinking, light, fruity and fresh Grenache/ Cinsault blend from Languedoc. From social worker turned winemaker Olivier Pichon

ABV 13%

Olivier Pichon started making wine in 2015 after a career as a social worker in Lyon. He farms a small one-hectare plot and works organically. This bright, fresh and juicy red (mainly Cinsault) is great value. It’s practically bursting with strawberry and red cherry, with earthy undertones and a touch of fine tannin. Manual harvest, vatting in whole clusters for 48h, without reassembly or batonnage. Six months whole bunch fermentation in a concrete tank, bottled with no SO2.
