Current owner-winemaker Cédric is at least the fourth generation of Allions to farm this property, but it was only in 1968 that his father Guy converted the land from mixed-use farming to vineyards. Cédric followed in his father’s footsteps – in fact going even further and studying viticulture and oenology at the Lycée de Beaune. Cédric assumed the running of the estate in 1990, where he produces really quintessential, well-made reds, whites and Crémant from this medium-sized domaine.
