THE WINERY

The story, began in 2015 when Pascal and Lorraine Oddo acquired le Domaine du Vallon des Glauges, one of the most remarkable estates in Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence which produces predominantly rosé.

Planted in the former bed of the Durance the site is known for its unique, wild landscape, rare botanical varieties and protected wildlife. This diversity of culture is conducive to the production of wines of expression, elegant and generous, developing their aromas with majesty. Regardful to preserve this nature, the Vallon des Glauges estate has always opted for an organic culture, guaranteeing a total synergy between the needs of the vines and the imperatives of the ecosystem.
