Light purple in colour with tinges of violet. On the nose there’s strawberry, raspberry and cherry fruit aromas. On the palate a clean mineral texture with restrained tannins and further cherry flavours leading to a spicy finish. Marked by suppleness, fleshiness and finesse, has a peppery bite on the finish, which lifts it above the run-of-the-mill Gamay.

ABV 13%

Classic Brouilly where the ebullient, youthful Gamay fronts a rich, serious wine. Green practices and low yields lend this wine its more mineral backbone whilst the Gamay provides the classic strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas. Hand picked, carbonic maceration and stainless steel vats used in the fermentation process to bring out the fresh fruit flavours.
