The nose is fresh, savoury, with dried herbs and deep aromas of black fruits, cassis and plum. On a mineral palette of gravel and stone, ripe blackcurrants entwine with smooth ripe tannins and spice. Medium in weight, well integrated with a long round finish. Bordeaux style blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah and 10% Merlot. Traditional vinification with maceration of 3 weeks, and then raising in vats for 3 months before bottling.
