On the nose there’s intense and fragrant aromas of apple and pear precedes floral accents of wisteria, acacia and almonds. This Prosecco has a perfect combination of flavour, acidity and softness. Long, persistent and elegant with clear hints of ripe apple, pear drop and citrus fruits.

The wines of Cantina Bernardi are born from the fine grapes, hand-picked in the vineyards of the most authentic area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. The family-run business has now become a reference point for the production of high quality wines, produced with the latest technology but respecting traditional rules. Cantina Bernardi was founded in 1960 by Mansueto Bernardi. Today the winery is run by his sons, Pierluigi and Adriano aided by their sons – Mansueto’s grandsons. The winery is based in the village of Refrontolo among the rolling hills of the ‘Prosecco Wine Road’ which leads from Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The vineyards are situated in the heart of the DOCG region of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and all the grapes are hand-picked. Made from the Glera grape and fermented according to the Charmat method whereby the bubbles are created under pressure in stainless steel tanks called Autoclaves.
