fresh yet soft on the palate, with hay and nutty notes alongside delicate peppery spice with delicious pear fruit and a perfect level of acidity to refresh the palate.
Grown on the flat and hilly areas of the North-Eastern regions of Italy. The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of August. After the grapes are lightly crushed, fermented at 18/19°C in contact with selected yeasts. The wine remains in contact with the grape skins for a short time then undergoes filtration and tartaric stabilisation. After bottling, the wine is allowed to age a couple of months.
