Are Payments On Your Site Secure?

We work with our payment provider Stripe which makes payments with us safe whether you're placing your order via the website, tablet or mobile versions. All credit and debit card information is held securely by Stripe. We hold no card information or have access to it.

Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

What type of free delivery do you offer?

We offer free delivery to the UK mainland if you order 6 bottles or more. Orders of less than 6 bottles incur a £7.99 delivery fee. Where possible we dispatch within 48 hours though Sunday and Holiday orders may extend this.

What do I do if part of my delivery is damaged?

If you have any damages in your gift box please let us know on receiving and we will endeavour to fix any damage which occurred during transit.

Can I return my order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have seven working days from receiving your order to notify us and begin the returns process.  On receiving your return in its original packaging and condition a full refund will be issued.
