We work with our payment provider Stripe which makes payments with us safe whether you’re placing your order via the website, iPhone or Android.
All credit and debit card information is held securely by Stripe. We hold no card information or have access to it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.
All our subscriptions are set to be dispatched on the 1st of the month, unfortunately it is not possible to change the date of arrival, however if notice is given a delivery can be moved to the next dispatch date.

If you need to cancel your future deliveries, we require one months notice, just send us an email to email@example.com.
We offer a 48 hour courier as standard and all orders are dispatched the next working day following your order.
If you have any damages in your gift box please let us know on receiving and we will endeavour to fix any damage which occurred during transit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have seven working days from receiving your order to notify us and begin the returns process. On receiving your return in its original packaging and condition a full refund will be issued.
